Train communities to respond swiftly and effectively during disasters

HRO trains communities to respond quickly and effectively in case of a disaster in their local areas. To acquire disaster preparedness training in order to prepare and protect one’s self, family and neighbors in the event that a disaster should strike.

HRO is currently managing a project in which we are working with local communities in to train as many communities as possible to become part of the Disaster Preparedness Team. The goal is to prepare volunteers who can respond and mobilize on short notice in times of emergency to help those affected by disaster wherever it may be in the world.

During these training sessions, HRO encourages communities to have disaster preparedness kits at home. All trained members can volunteer to join HRO relief operation teams, should they choose to.
