Financial
assistance to the underprivileged to learn beneficial skills and be self
reliant
HRO
strongly believes in making people economically independent and build up
their capacity. Relief is generally a short term solution to a long term
problem. A long term solution includes making the less fortunate ones
self sufficient through economic and social change.
In today’s
environment, for an individual or a family to survive with a half-decent
life requires some type of vocational skill or training. HRO Foundation
recognizes this need and helps people to learn to help themselves.
Underprivileged individuals are supported to attend Vocational Training
classes arranged by HRO or offered in the market so they may learn a
trade from which they can earn stable income. This type of project
contributes to breaking families out of the perpetual poverty cycle and
improves their overall quality of life.
Types of Vocational
Training include:
-
Carpenter
-
Mobile Repairing
-
Capentry
-
Masonry
-
Plumbing
-
Crafting
-
Automobile Machanic
-
